About the Chef
Peter Stamatacos began to develop his passion for food at a very young
age, working in a number of his family’s restaurants learning a variety
of culinary styles and techniques all before the age of ten.
Since graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Communications he has spent his years honing his culinary skills in some of the area’s top restaurants, where he was part of the opening team in each of them, most recently as the Executive Chef at Morton’s The Steakhouse.
Stamatacos’ seasonal menus consistently showcase the freshest and finest ingredients while satisfying a variety of tastes. The dishes are indicative of his interest in diverse cuisine and the menus shine with fresh local ingredients and specialty items.
